The Machine Operative will be responsible for setting and operating gluing machinery across a variety of carton styles, ensuring high-quality production standards are consistently met. The Machine Operative will work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting issues and maintaining efficiency while meeting tight deadlines. As a Machine Operative, you will also lead a small team, reporting directly to the Gluing Manager, and take pride in producing premium carton products. Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Proven experience as a Machine Operative or gluing operator with knowledge of multiple carton styles Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machinery or production issues efficiently Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications Experience working with high-end or luxury cartons as a Machine Operative Additional Information
