Job Details:
Pay: £33,990 – £40,170 per annum (dependent on experience and skill level)
Hours of Work: 4-day working week, 40 hours per week, double rotation (W1&2 6 am - 4 pm / W3&4 3:45 pm - 1:45 am)
Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The Machine Operative will be responsible for setting and operating gluing machinery across a variety of carton styles, ensuring high-quality production standards are consistently met. The Machine Operative will work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting issues and maintaining efficiency while meeting tight deadlines. As a Machine Operative, you will also lead a small team, reporting directly to the Gluing Manager, and take pride in producing premium carton products.
