to join our growing production team. This role combines hands-on

production machine operation

with forklift driving and offers excellent

Key Responsibilities Operating production and processing machinery safely and efficiently Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products Operating a counterbalance forklift to move materials and stock Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting faults Performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Supporting wider production and warehouse activities as required Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential) Previous experience operating production/manufacturing machinery Strong understanding of health & safety in a factory environment Willingness to learn new machines, processes, and skills Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team This role offers an engaging environment where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are highly valued.
