Machine Operator Pay: £16.50 - £17.00 Per hour Dependent on experience.

Machine Operator Shifts - Night Shifts, Monday to Friday

Monday to Thursday 22:30 - 05:30 Friday 13:30 - 20:30

Machine Operator Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery to produce threaded parts. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and targets. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

What were looking For in a Machine Operator:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment. Strong understanding of multi-spindle machining. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and continuous improvement.
