No CNC experience needed

What youll be doing Preparing and selecting engineering plastic sheets for production Carrying out quality checks throughout the process Setting up and operating CNC-controlled flatbed router machines (full training provided) Inspecting finished parts for accuracy, colour, thickness and dimensions Using handheld routers to apply clean, high-quality finishes Supporting your team to keep production running smoothly Handling and moving materials of varying weights throughout the day Using hand tools such as palm routers, Stanley knives and trimming knives What were looking for A positive, can-do attitude Good dexterity and confidence using tools Someone who can follow instructions and work well in a small team Reliable, self-motivated and committed to quality Comfortable lifting and moving materials throughout the shift Keen to learn and develop new skills Experience that helps Manufacturing or production work Machining or fabrication Operating cutting machinery Using electric hand tools or manual finishing tools If youve worked in a hands-on environment and enjoy practical, physical work, youll settle in quickly.
