Everything is made in-house wherever possible: fromcharcuterie & breadto jams, juices and pickles. This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance and Kitchen Operations Manager looking to join a high volume hospitality business. What are we looking for in our Maintenance and Kitchen Operations Manager? Purchasing consumables for FOH and BOH in line with budgets Oversee all maintenance contracts for the hospitality businesses, ensuring best prices Day to day site maintenance and liaising with contractors Fire & risk assessments Pest control Recording and placing POs Costings of each dish for all menus across the group ensuring good pricing for products. Preparing excel spreadsheets for future costs & menu costings. Working closely with finance to run through costs of maintenance & food. Assisting the kitchen manager when needed, deputizing in their absnece
