Maintenance Electrician – Commercial Facilities

Location: Norfolk Job Type: Permanent Salary: £42,000pa + (DOE) + Company Van & Fuel Card

Role

We are recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a commercial facilities management company, covering sites across Norfolk. The role involves planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial environments.

Duties

PPM and reactive electrical maintenance Fault finding, testing, and repairs Lighting, power, emergency lighting, and small works Ensure compliance with electrical and H&S regulations Complete job reports and certification Participate in call-out rota (if required) Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Commercial maintenance or FM experience Ability to work independently Full UK driving licence Desirable

2391 or Testing & Inspection Facilities management experience What’s on Offer
