Job Description

Position:         Maintenance Electrician\nType:                Permanent\nLocation:         Trafford Park\nSalary:           £40,000  Monday – Friday 40 hours per week\nWe are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to join a dedicated maintenance and engineering team within a facility in the Trafford Park area of Manchester.\n\nMaintenance Electrician:\nMaintenance Electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance within the facility and estate\nComplete compliance paperwork\nOversee sub-contractors on site\nProviding hands-on and supervisory duties to:\nLighting and emergency lighting\nCompliance checks\nEnsure all tasks are risk assessed through site specific or dynamic risk assessments\nMonitor the BMS\nContinuously review the systems and identify areas for improvement and energy reduction\nDiagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible.\nMechanical, HVAC and fabric where needed\nElectrical small works\nLifecycle repairs\n  \nRequirements:\nQualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)\nExperience of PPM and reactive maintenance works\nMultiskilled and able to complete general mechanical PPM’s\nExperience of RAMS, permits etc.\nPlant room experience\n18th edition\nClient facing\n \nIf you are interested then please click the APPLY button now\nPRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.\nPlease note if you have not heard from us within 5 days, then your application has not been successful.\nPRS is an equal opportunities employer
