We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an on-site Maintenance Electrician to work at HMP Morton Hall. The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week, worked across 7 days, with a 1 in 3 weekend shift pattern in place. This includes an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary. As part of the role, you may also be included in an on-call rota; when on standby, a generous allowance is paid. Optional overtime is also available. HMP Morton Hall offers a unique working environment that balances structure with openness. The site features open areas and a spacious layout, with just five accommodation blocks, making it a more manageable and less confined setting. The Maintenance Electrician plays a key role in ensuring planned and reactive maintenance works are completed safely, compliantly, and on time. You will be part of a supportive and diverse team of approximately 20, with a strong work ethic.
