Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Days) A well-established manufacturing operation is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair production equipment, ensuring maximum machine uptime. This is a hands-on, days-based role suited to a proactive engineer with strong fault-finding skills and a commitment to safe working practices. The hours for this role are 6am-2pm & 10am-6pm. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance in line with agreed schedules.

Provide first-line response to equipment breakdowns.

Fault find and repair extrusion lines, moulding machines, automated cells, ancillary equipment, and butt fusion equipment.

Complete mechanical and electrical maintenance work safely and efficiently.

Implement agreed improvement and modification work on capital equipment.

Record maintenance activities, downtime, and data using a CMMS system to support KPIs.

Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and equipment reliability.

Skills & Experience Time-served Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship.

Previous experience working within amanufacturing maintenance role.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability.

Ability to work effectively within a team with good communication skills.
