A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join an excellent bespoke manufacturer in the Swindon area.

With no day ever being the same the Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

Maintain and service equipment through scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
Diagnose and fix operational and technical issues promptly.
Oversee parts inventory and coordinate replacements.
Enhance equipment performance through process and efficiency improvements.
Carry out general repair, mechanical, and electrical work as needed.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

2 years' experience in a maintenance engineer role minimum
Ideally Food/FMCG/Manufacturing Experience
Ideally Apprentice Trained
Strong Communication Skills
Multi skilled Engineering experience
Strong IT SkillsPackage and Benefits:
