seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support a modern production facility. The business is known for developing engineers internally and offering clear long-term career pathways. The Role

Working within a manufacturing environment, you'll support both

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

and

Reactive Mechanical Maintenance , helping to ensure equipment and machinery operate safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out mechanical PPMs on production and manufacturing equipment

Assisting with mechanical breakdowns and fault-finding

Working on components such as bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors

Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects

Working closely with senior engineers to develop technical capability

This is a

Sunday to Thursday, 7am–3pm shift , offering consistent hours and work–life balance. What We're Looking For

Mechanical Engineer or Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical bias)

Some experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments (training provided)

Will suit someone looking to

learn, develop, and progress

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

£30,000 – £37,000 salary

(dependent on experience)
