The site has been operating for decades, is financially stable, and is now pushing major upgrades across machinery, automation and site-wide performance.The roleAs a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, youll be part of a tight-knit engineering team keeping a busy food factory running smoothly. Youll split your time between:Reactive breakdown workacross production, packaging and utilitiesPlanned and preventative maintenanceto reduce downtimeSupportingmachinery upgrades, line improvements and new equipment installsEnsuringhygiene, quality and safety standardsare met at all timesDrivingcontinuous improvementacross the plantIts a role for someone who likes getting stuck in, solving problems fast and seeing the impact of their work on output.What you needApprentice trained (Electrical or Mechanical)NVQ3 / ONC / HNC in a relevant engineering disciplineFood, FMCG, automotive or pharmaceutical manufacturing experienceStrong understanding of CI tools, TPM and modern maintenance practicesConfident working with safe systems of work: LOTO, PUWER, permitsGood GMP awareness and a positive, hands-on approachWhat you getClear development pathwaywithin engineeringBenefits & recognition hub with strong retail discountsA stable, supportive environment with long-term prospectsJBRP1_UKTJ
