Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

As part of a dynamic maintenance team of 8, you'll play a key role in keeping this fast-paced facility running smoothly. You'll be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with a focus on electrical systems, ensuring TPM schedules are met, and production downtime is minimised.
Key Responsibilities - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Execute planned maintenance in line with TPM schedules Respond swiftly to breakdowns to maintain production flow Analyse OEE and downtime data to drive performance improvements Support continuous improvement and machine upgrade projects Carry out both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks Provide technical guidance to colleagues and apprentices Manage spare parts inventory and maintain equipment records Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and company standardsWhat We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Or Completed Engineering Apprenticeship Or Time-Served Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems A team player with a proactive and solution-focused mindsetWhy Join Them?
