The Maintenance Engineer role:

Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment Fault finding on PLC-controlled machinery (Just up to I/O level) Responding quickly to breakdowns and keeping downtime to a minimum Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site Working proactively to ensure the smooth running of production The Successful Maintenance Engineer:

A strong engineering background within a manufacturing or production environment. Electrical qualifications preferred but consider mechanical certs with good electrical knowledge (Apprenticeship, HNC, City & Guilds or similar). A Maintenance engineer who can diagnose issues within Inverters, drives and mechanical systems. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment. Whats in it for you?

A salary range of £40,000 to £43,500 salary.
