Multi-Skilled Engineer

Location: Central London

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday


Our client is a highly regarded commercial property management company based in Central London, seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of commercial office properties, ensuring all building services operate safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Head of Maintenance there is lots of opportunity for learning and growth.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in mechanical, electrical, or building services
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, professional approach to work
  • Experience working within commercial properties (desirable)
