Position : Maintenance Engineer Hours of Work : Monday to Friday days Salary : £45,000 -£50,000 according to experience
About The Company Our Client based near the Preston area is an is a long established engineering company, operating from a single seven acre site. The company manufactures medium to heavy engineered components for the Mining, Oil & Gas and Power Generation industries, and specialises in large capacity CNC machining of components up to 13m in length and 35 Tons in weight. The company has extensive in-house facilities and employs a highly skilled workforce to cover flame-cutting, forging, fabrication, conventional machining, CNC machining & component testing. We have a very healthy order book, and the business continues to grow and to be profitable. As part of our future plans, we now have the opportunity for someone to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer The role will offer a varied workload and will see you involved in reactive and preventative maintenance, service, repair and general upkeep of our production facility. This will include CNC and manual machine tools. You will also support projects which may include site extensions, improvements, the installation of new machinery etc Day to day you will be fault finding and providing solutions to problems with components and systems including electric motors...
