Flexible People are currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer on behalf of a prestigious client based in Bicester.
This is a Monday to Friday role. The times are 0900am-1700pm.
The rate of pay is 22.00ph.
Purpose of the Position: The primary objective is to ensure that the manufacturing and site facilities, equipment, and machinery at Fresh Direct are serviced & maintained to an agreed standard ensuring safe production and storage of foodstuffs, as determined by the Operations/Technical teams. In addition, key areas of responsibility include equipment commissioning, health & safety projects, engineering stock control and workshop organisation. Key Activities & Responsibilities: Complete PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) routine inspections and checks on a weekly/monthly basis, and complete required paperwork. Perform mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance on equipment, machinery, and the facility. Prioritise effectively, and minimise machine downtime which could affect productivity
