A leading precision medical engineering company in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team. This full-time, permanent role offers a great opportunity to work in a well-established manufacturing environment with a focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
***Up to £38,000, Days + Bonus (up to 15%) + Pension (up to 8% employer contribution) + Private medical + Life Assurance + 58 days annual leave***
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:
Maintain and repair electrical systems and machinery including presses, conveyors, packaging machinery and grinders
Diagnose faults and minimise downtime
Install and support upgrades to electrical equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards and wiring regs
Collaborate with engineering and production teams
Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer:
A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
Experience in industrial/machine maintenance
Strong fault-finding and technical skills
