The role As part of our exciting growth and internal promotions, were seeking Maintenance Engineers to help keep our operations running seamlessly. If youre a natural problem solver with a passion for both planned and reactive maintenance, this is your chance to join a growing team and make a real impact! What you will be doing as a Maintenance Engineer? Carry out planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance across the plant. Conduct emergency lighting tests and portable appliance testing in line with schedule. Support and deliver continuous improvement projects to enhance factory productivity and reduce downtime. Confidently connect to and program PLCs and inverters as part of fault diagnosis and repair. Use your knowledge of safety systems to ensure compliance and conduct risk assessments for all tasks. Source parts/materials and work closely with suppliers and the technical admin team. Use CMMS systems (ideally Shire) to manage work orders and maintenance logs. Mentor apprentices, helping embed classroom knowledge into real-world application. What we want from you?
