Maintenance Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer with an 18th edition, to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies covering Central London.
As a Maintenance Engineer you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.
Tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric and building work within the facility including minor repairs.
* Salary: £45,447 per annum
* Schedule: Monday - Friday (45 hours)
* Working hours: 7am - 4pm (Door to Door Pay)
* Location: Central London
* On Call: 1 in 4 Weeks on call - This is for emergencies only (Friday - Friday)
* Extra: Overtime available @ x1.5
