We're working with a long-established and well-invested manufacturer with a strong presence in the Devon area. They're looking to appoint a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager in driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across site.

This is what you'll be doing:
You'll oversee and support a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that all plant, machinery, and systems are maintained to the highest standards. This includes:
Leading day-to-day engineering activities, overseeing breakdown response, and assigning tasks. Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is completed on time and to standard. Coaching and developing engineers on shift, especially during high-pressure situations. Reducing breakdowns through proactive maintenance strategies and root cause analysis.
