What Youll Be Doing: Performing planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems Supporting basic multi-trade tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, fabric repairs) Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations Working independently and as part of a skilled on-site team
