Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team in Birmingham. If you’re hands-on, proactive, and take pride in keeping buildings running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across our properties

* Basic plumbing, electrical, and building repairs

* Supporting the upkeep and safety of our environments

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in maintenance, building work, or construction

* A good understanding of basic plumbing and electrical systems

* Confident with tools and general repairs

* Comfortable working independently and solving problems on the spot

* Bonus: Experience working with vulnerable individuals

You’ll Need:

* A proactive approach and a good head for problem-solving

* Awareness of Health & Safety standards

* Strong communication and organisation skills

* A full UK driving licence
