Job DescriptionMaintenance Plumber -Commercial Building – Crawley, West Sussex- 4 on 4 off days & nights - £42,333 per annum

CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a large commercial building in Crawley, West Sussex. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site. Working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Hours of work

\n 4 on 4 off - 2 days 2 nights \n

06:30am-18:30pm Days / 18:30pm - 06:30am Nights \n

12 Hour Shifts \n

Package

\n Basic Salary up to - £37,400 + £4,933 shift allowance = £42,333 \n

Duties and responsibilities

\n Repairing Toilets and Sinks \n

Unblocking Toilets \n

Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections \n

Pipework inspections and repairs \n

Minor installation works \n

Carpentry work \n

Minor fixing \n

Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs \n

Flexible in helping other trades on site \n

Planned and reactive works \n

Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) \n

General building fabric \n

Escort specialist subcontractors \n

Requirements

\n Plumbing qualified level 3 minimum \n

A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance \n

Installation experience \n

Excellent customer service skills \n

Happy to cover a large site \n

Honest, hard-working and reliable
