The Role
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established facilities management contract covering Salisbury, Basingstoke, Andover, Warminster and surrounding areas.
This is a stable, Monday-Friday role with a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, working across commercial and government sites.
Key Responsibilities Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial plumbing systems Fault finding and repair of water and drainage systems Repair cracked pipework, clear blockages, and maintain complex plumbing systems Carry out leak detection, soldering and brazing works Install, modify and repair plumbing components including:
Valves, traps, unions and backflow prevention devices Water heaters, tanks, sinks, showers and storage systems
Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and site standards Accurately complete job reports using PDA systems What We're Looking For Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing qualification Strong experience in commercial plumbing / building services maintenance Background in FM or commercial property environments Experience with both reactive maintenance and PPM Full UK driving licence Package & Benefits £35,000 - £37,000 On Call: 1 in 9/10 rota - £150 standby payment Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Company Van, Phone & PDA provided Pension package
