Job Title: Maintenance PlumberLocation: Portsmouth Salary: Up to £38,000 per annumAbout the Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our facilities management team, working on a single, well-maintained commercial site in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified plumber looking for a stable, site-based role with no travel between multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all plumbing systemsRespond promptly to reactive maintenance issuesDiagnose and repair faults across water systems, drainage, and sanitary fittingsConduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety standardsLiaise with site management and other maintenance engineersMaintain accurate records of work completedRequirements:NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management environmentStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of health & safety regulationsAbility to work independently on a static siteDesirable:Experience working within commercial buildingsBasic knowledge of other building services (e.g., HVAC, electrical)JBRP1_UKTJ
