About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our facilities management team, working on a single, well-maintained commercial site in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified plumber looking for a stable, site-based role with no travel between multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all plumbing systems Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues Diagnose and repair faults across water systems, drainage, and sanitary fittings Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety standards Liaise with site management and other maintenance engineers Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to work independently on a static site

Desirable: Experience working within commercial buildings Basic knowledge of other building services (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
