Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of multi-skilled engineers
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery and site services
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support equipment upgrades
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and enhance reliability
• Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and maintenance schedules
• Act as the go-to technical point of contact on shift
