You have HNC, HND or Degree in Surveying or a Construction-related discipline, or MCIOB and strong post-qualification experience PCAQT and HHSRS qualification, or willingness to complete it after joining us Strong understanding of building pathology and ability to diagnose complex works such as subsidence. Current knowledge of relevant housing and building legislation and experience of Construction Design Management (CDM) client and design side.
