What the role is offering A day rate of circa £300 Hybrid working About our client Our client is a forward thinking local authority based in North West London providing and maintaining approximately 600 homes. Key responsibilities As a Repairs and Maintenance Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing responsive repairs across the councils housing stock. Youll carry out site inspections, diagnose faults, and ensure works are completed on time, to specification, and in line with regulatory standards.
