A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL Assist the team in maintaining the hotels high standards, ensuring guest areas, bedrooms, facilities, and back-of-house spaces are clean, safe, and well-presented Work closely with other departments to support maintenance needs and help resolve issues promptly, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests and staff Carry out basic checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant team members Learn and follow best practices for hotel maintenance and safety procedures, with full training provided Stay engaged and open to developing new skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service and support the team WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong awareness of surroundings and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Practical and hands-on approach Effective problem-solving abilities Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Flexibility to occasionally work over the weekend on a rotational basis. Previous Maintenance experience is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
