Valenti Recruitment are working on behalf of our client to recruit a skilled Maintenance Electrician for a well-established, highly automated manufacturing site based in Knutsford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a clean, organised and forward-thinking environment where all maintenance is carried out during the day — no nights, no shifts. The Role You will be working as part of a small, experienced maintenance team, carrying out: * Electrical fault finding on automated machinery * Breakdown response and preventative maintenance * Installation work across industrial equipment * Working independently on a range of electrical tasks * Supporting continuous improvement across the site What We’re Looking For (Essential) * 17th or 18th Edition qualified * Strong fault-finding experience within an industrial environment * Experience working with three-phase systems (distribution boards, SWA, isolators, contactors) * Knowledge of industrial machinery (motors, pumps, sensors, heaters) * Confident working independently Desirable (Not Essential) * Experience with inverters and servo drives * PLC knowledge / programming * Panel building experience * Basic electronics knowledge (analogue/digital) * Soldering / PCB repair * IT literacy (software installs, backups etc.) * Minor mechanical skills The Opportunity * Day shift only – excellent work/life balance * Long-standing, stable team (many employees 10–15+ years) * Clean, well-maintained factory environment * Opportunity to work on modern, automated equipment * Supportive and friendly team culture Important This role is suited to candidates with previous industrial electrical maintenance experience.
