Outsource UK is seeking an experienced and multi-skilled Office Maintenance to provide high-quality and efficient maintenance services within a corporate environment. This role offers a blend of planned and reactive maintenance, as well as project-based work, ideal for a proactive engineer with strong plumbing experience. You will collaborate with the Property Management team and other departments to enhance the working environment in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general electrical fault finding and plumbing repairs, including leak repairs and tasks arising from Legionella risk assessments.
Execute painting and decorating of office areas, ensuring proper preparation and finishing.
Carry out basic carpentry tasks and changing/repairing locks.
Maintain and repair equipment, and handle internal and external building repairs.
Conduct PAT testing of electrical appliances.
Complete planned maintenance tasks as per the agreed schedule, maintaining accurate records.
Respond to reactive maintenance requests raised via the Service Desk Database, ensuring timely resolution within service level agreements.
