Male Support Worker Pay rate: £14.00 per hour Shift pattern: 22 and 24 hour shifts working a day shift and sleep in shift working around 30 hours per week - 4 week rolling rota. A dedicated and compassionate Support Worker is required to provide person-centred support for an individual with Autism and Learning Disabilities living in Tamworth. This role involves supporting daily life management while promoting independence, structure, and positive routines. Please note that this role requires an average of 30 hours per week; therefore, applicants must have full rights to work in the UK without restrictions on hours & you must have a full UK drivers license with access to your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting daily life management and organisational skills
Accompanying to activities, gym sessions, cinema trips, and outdoor visits (including National Trust properties)
