About the Role As Management Accountant, youll be a key member of the finance team, responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, overseeing management accounting activities, and supporting strategic decision - making across the business .
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to members of the finance team, ensuring achievement of the teams targets
Record accurate and timely transactions on the accounting system
Maintain good working relationships and provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
Prepare monthly management accounts for various group companies. This includes the following:
Oversee the closing of the ledgers
Prepare and post monthly journals
Post accruals / prepayments
Update fixed asset registers
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Prepare other detailed reports and workings
Assist with the annual budget and audit process
Ensure timely submission/completion of all management reporting and regulatory reporting
What Were Looking For Were after a confident, qualified finance professional (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with solid experience in management accounting and a sharp eye for both detail and strategy.Youll be fluent in Excel, familiar with ERP systems like Netsuite or SAP, and comfortable presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
