£55,000 - £60,000 About the Role Robert Walters are currently supporting a leading business in Wolverhampton in the recruitment of a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis Producing budgets, forecasts, and financial models Providing insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders across the organisation Supporting year-end processes and liaising with auditors as required Monitoring costs, margins, and performance against KPIs Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures The Successful Candidate will have the Following: Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) Proven experience in a management accounting role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent Excel skills and experience with financial systems Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues Well-organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
