Management Accountant – Part-Qualified / Finalist / Qualified by Experience - Leyton, London - £competitive Your new company An established and growing organisation within Leyton, London, my client is seeking a commercially astute Management Accountant to join their finance team. Your new role Reporting to and working with the Head of Finance, this is a hands-on Management Accountant role taking a lead on daily finance operations, month-end reporting and process improvement. Key duties will include staff supervision and mentoring of a team of 2 (transactional); month-end reconciliations, adjustments and reporting; financial and variance analysis; preparation of financial insights for the Board; data management; internal audit and statutory filings; and play a pivotal role in systems and process review and implementation.

What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be Part-Qualified, Qualified by Experience of Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with proven experience in management accounting and systems and processes improvement. Strong knowledge of ERP system and Advanced Excel will be key. Experience of managing or supervising a small team will be highly beneficial.

Experience of working in the retail, FMCG or manufacturing sector will be essential.
