Marc Daniels is working with an award-winning company based in Maidenhead who are looking for a management accountant to join their exciting team. This role would suit someone who is confident when it comes to preparing management accounts whilst also having exposure to financial reporting. Key responsibilities: p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Prepare and review monthly management accounts and variance analysis.

p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Support production of statutory and group reporting, including consolidation and key technical areas (revenue, IFRS 15, FX, intercompany, share-based payments).

p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Own balance sheet reconciliations and key financial controls for several areas.

p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Support half-year and year-end audits as a key point of contact.

p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Produce clear reports, analysis and commentary for senior management.

p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Work with Sales, Purchasing, Credit Control, AP and Tax to ensure processes and controls are followed.

p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Contribute to continuous improvement projects across finance.

What we are looking for: Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified-by-experience accountant with strong technical grounding. Experience in management accounts, analysis and reporting. Strong Excel skills and comfortable with large data sets. Confident communicator, able to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
