Your new role As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function, providing accurate and timely information to assist strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) Assisting with cost analysis and margin reporting Supporting internal and external audits Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with financial controls Collaborating with operational teams to provide financial insights

What you'll need to succeed   Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail
