Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance function and wider business.The Role A varied and practical position, you'll take ownership of key finance processes while supporting ongoing improvements across systems and reporting.Key responsibilities include: Preparing monthly management accountsManaging both sales and purchase ledgers, including credit controlProcessing invoices and overseeing supplier paymentsProducing stock valuation reportsPerforming bank and balance sheet reconciliationsMaintaining the fixed asset registerPreparing and submitting VAT returnsLiaising with external providers (e.g. payroll)Supporting process and system improvements About You Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar roleStrong grounding in accounting fundamentalsConfident working in a hands-on, SME environmentHigh attention to detail with strong Excel skillsComfortable dealing with stakeholders across the businessExperience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is beneficial If you're looking for a broad role where you can really get stuck in and make an impact, this one's worth a conversation.JBRP1_UKTJ
