Kenton Black Finance have partnered with an internationally acclaimed manufacturing client who have seen exponential growth throughout a successful period of trading, across 10 years of operation. With a number of industry awards, and a business who continue to grow through demand and exciting developments with a varied product range, they are adding talent to the Finance function due to continued growth. Based within east commute from the M65, they operate from state of the art manufacturing facilities and export to a client base across the globe. With progression and a clear development plan, this role is a varied position where you can add value across the business.

Your new role as Management Accountant:

Office Based, this Management Accountant works closely with the Finance Manager to develop and enhance internal process while improving commercial detail available to stakeholders across the business. Taking the lead on the production of detailed and timely monthly management accounts, you shall also ensure detailed analysis and commentary to aid decision making. With a focus to develop and add value to the costing process in a fast paced business, the Management Accountant also takes responsibility for managing stock movements across a multi site operation. A varied role, this will suit candidates who have operated in a similar role, within a large business, dealing with high volumes of data is a day to day requirement.

Main Role Duties:

· Production of detailed monthly management accounts
· Balance sheet preparation, reconciliation and analysis
· Implementation and development of standard costing across the manufacturing suite
· Cash flow reporting
· Stock management and controls to support product tracking
· Process and procedural review, maintaining a focus on continuous development in this area
· Ad hoc accounting tasks

Experience & Qualifications Required to apply:

To be considered you shall be CIMA /ACCA/ ACA qualified with strong technical skills and a proven track record of adding value in a management accounting position. Our Client are also considering applications from QBE individuals who have strong stock/inventory management experience in a similar, fast paced business. You shall be able to demonstrate strong Excel skills being competent in the use of VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables. With excellent attention to detail, a proven ability to work under pressure. With experience in manufacturing/engineering you shall be proficient at developing strong working relationships across an organisation.
