The Role

We're seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to support the finance function with high-quality reporting, analysis, and month-end responsibilities. You'll play a key role in helping the business make informed decisions and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with

monthly management accounts

preparation Produce

variance analysis

and insightful commentary Support

budgeting and forecasting

cycles Balance sheet reconciliations Provide analysis to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with stakeholders across the business Support continuous improvement of financial processes

About You

Part-qualified or finalist (CIMA/ACCA) Strong Excel and analytical skills Confident communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders Driven, eager to learn, and keen to progress Experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
