As a Management Consultant in the Banking team, you will:

Deliver business and tech-enabled transformation programmes within commercial and corporate banking. Lead projects or workstreams, ensuring robust governance, delivery, and risk management. Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, advising on operating models, regulatory change, and implementation. Guide and develop junior team members while contributing to banking offerings and thought leadership.

Key Skills & Experience

2–4 years’ consulting experience , ideally from Tier 1 consulting firms Strong academic background with polished communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
