We're supporting a
boutique consultancy
as they grow their
Cheltenham
-based team , delivering work across
public sector and national security programmes . The local team is intentionally small today, with clear plans to scale, offering early hires genuine influence over how the practice develops. You'll join a consultancy that combines the stability and reach of a mid-sized organisation with the autonomy and pace of a startup-style environment. The focus is on
digital transformation, strategy, and complex change , working closely with clients to shape and deliver meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting public sector and national security clients through complex transformation programmes
Owning problems end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through to delivery
Working closely with client stakeholders to shape practical, outcome-focused solutions
Operating in lean teams with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
Contributing to the growth and direction of the Manchester practice
What They're Looking For
Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery roles
Exposure to public sector, central government or regulated environments
Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Ambitious, self-starting individuals who enjoy responsibility and ownership
Eligibility for UK security clearance (SC as a minimum)

Clearance bonus (including a £10k DV bonus upon clearance)
