Clear recommendation of solutions to project issues based on own knowledge and experience Clear, concise, fact-based reporting Summarising for and presenting to senior stakeholders Engagement Management of project teams to deliver client engagements Support in management of quality and risk on engagements to meet KPMG standards Supporting financial management of engagements including budgeting, reporting and invoicing processes
What will you need to do it?
A good understanding of the factors which drive costs on construction projects A thorough understanding of issues which impact construction project performance Familiarity with industry-standard contract forms Competent in producing and assessing project commercial reports A relevant professional qualification, such as MRICS, MICE, ChPP, MAPM, CIOB, etc.
