Manager – Energy Advisory | London (Hybrid)
Brightsmith is supporting a specialist energy advisory firm in the search for a Manager to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant with a strong interest in energy markets to step into a role with significant client exposure and responsibility.

The firm advises corporates, infrastructure owners and institutional investors on strategy, commercial performance and capital deployment across oil & gas, Bio-fuels, LNG, power, renewables and the broader energy transition.
Founded by senior industry practitioners with deep backgrounds in energy trading and commercial operations, the firm combines hands-on industry experience with strategic advisory capability. The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering advisory engagements and supporting the continued growth of the firm. Working closely with senior partners and industry experts, you will lead workstreams across strategic, commercial and transaction-related projects within the energy sector.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading day-to-day delivery of client engagements Managing project workstreams and coordinating junior team members Conducting market analysis, commercial assessments and financial modelling Producing high-quality client presentations and reports Commercial and strategic advice to corporates, industrials, sovereign energy companies and other market participants Commercial advice and due diligence to investors in M&A transactions Supporting business development, proposals and thought leadership initiatives Working directly with senior energy industry experts and investor clients

Candidate Profile
