Lead the Finance & Accounts Department to ensure strong, ethical financial management. Work closely with senior management and report directly to the Chairman/Managing Director. Oversee accounting, costing, planning, investment, VAT, taxation, and treasury functions. Arrange credit facilities and ensure full compliance with credit terms. Ensure statutory compliance and timely reporting to management and regulatory bodies. Implement and supervise annual audit plans and financial reporting processes. Maintain strong knowledge of relevant financial laws and Bangladesh Bank regulations. Manage cash flow and financial risks (Credit Risk, ALM Risk, ICC & ICT Risk). Support long-term financial strategy and strengthen internal controls. Provide required documents for audits and regulatory reviews. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
