As a Consulting Director, you will play a key role in shaping products that impact millions worldwide.
Act as a trusted advisor on growth propositions related to loyalty programs, promotion strategies, membership experiences, and subscription models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including data & analytics, experience design, digital product, and delivery) to deliver technology-focused transformation projects across various areas.
Support account managers and sales teams with knowledge, materials, advice, and support to pursue opportunities within clients and prospects.
Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models, organize project teams, and lead the transition from sales to delivery.
Extensive knowledge in loyalty/membership, pricing/promotions, or subscription/recurring business models domains.
Deep industry experience in trendsetting, digital, and innovative technology across sectors like Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality.
Leadership experience or equivalent from a recognized consultancy practice.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
Willingness to lead teams and help scale the practice.
Proven ability to manage client engagements and digital transformation programs to completion.
Sound business acumen, strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills, and support for diversity.
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to travel as needed.
