Managing Director Mechanical Building Services / HVAC Cumbernauld | Full-Time | On-Site PMA Recruitment are supporting a specialist mechanical building services contractor in the search for a commercially driven Managing Director to lead a £23m turnover business focused on laboratory environments, fume cupboards and specialist extraction systems.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full accountability for P&L, bids, delivery, contracts and client management.

- Full operational and commercial ownership
- Lead bid strategy and opportunity selection
- Oversee pricing, margin and contractual risk
- Manage manufacturing coordination and installation delivery
- Drive growth through integrated lab furniture & extraction packages Were looking for:
- 10 years in Mechanical Building Services / HVAC
- Senior leadership experience (Contracts Manager / Ops Manager / Mechanical Director level)
- Strong technical knowledge ventilation, ductwork, xbpsjku plant, airflow, pressure systems
- Proven commercial and contractual capability (JCT/NEC experience beneficial)
